The WETLANDS coverage was created by selecting polygons from the NWIWET coverage, merging adjacent wetlands and using the "buffer" function in Arc/Info to create 100 foot buffers around the resulting polygons. The attribute structures were renamed to fit more closely with the descriptions in the ordinance and extraneous items were dropped for purposes of clarity.
